Adjustable Wood Art Table/Drafting Table and Swivel Chair (1970s)

We are not sure if our father made this art table for our mother Nancy or if it was purchased. We see no branding or other markings. It has been well-loved.
 
The front section is currently 37.5” high off the floor, the back 41” high off the floor but it appears adjustable with tools. The dimensions of the workspace are H 30” x L 60”. The two rolling drawers are both 20 ½” deep, one 14 7/8” wide and the other 13 ¾” wide.

There are remnants of a  lot of tape on the workspace which we can try to clean for you. The upper left corner has some wood damage. There are also some stains inside the ledge at the lower end of the workspace. See photos.
 
The table is very sturdy, and the footrest underneath can hold lots of weight (six paper file boxes usually stored there).
 
We do have an old school semi-adjustable high swivel chair that we would be happy to include with this table (measurements below). The lucky buyer may also enjoy some surprise art supplies!
 
Note: We reserve the right to vet who buys this art table, for reasons we will explain later. It would not be appropriate for some people.
 
Also, DELIVERY IS NOT INCLUDED. You would need a team of strong people to carry it out of house and up a steep pathway to the road.
