TI 015 Batik 'Made in Hungary' for Singapore?

Stamped in white in the pattern are the words "Singapore. Specially handmade for Brothers Mo__ Street. Made in Hungary." Yes, the made in Hungary part got us too. Maybe we are reading it incorrectly. Dare you to have a go at it!
 
Natural imperfections. Has some loose strings / rough edges as shown in pictures. Otherwise in good condition.
 
Material believed to be cotton.
