TI 003 Blue/White Sewn Sarong with Front Panel

Notes by our grandmother indicated this is 'Steil Raip' but we have been unable to find a batik motif so named. 
 
Printed on one side only. Three darning areas, some natural discoloration and spots, split in top of hem, and minor fraying on edges as shown in photos.
 
Material believed to be cotton.
