Long Black Skirt with Tribal Weaving Panel (Waist 30”-34")”

We were unable to identify the source  of the weaving, but suspect it is from Thailand, maybe purchased in the 1980s. The pattern includes some irregularities but there is no damage that we saw inspecting it. The skirt has elastic on the back side of the waist, allowing for a range of waist sizes. It has a working zip and clasp, and a slit up the back. There is a pocket on the right hand size.
 
Material is believed to be a cotton/wool combination.
