This political piece will have to be explained by someone more knowledgeable than us at that time. We were children then and Google is not helping us identify the images on this statement, only that there were tensions between the US and the Soviet Union at the time.
 
The artwork is titled, signed, and dated June 1981 in the artist’s handwriting.
 
The black and white artwork has a white mat, reflective glass, and a wood frame in good condition.
