Cylindrical Soft Sided Woven Wicker Basket 11” Tall

We could not find any explanation online for this item. We would probably store paintbrushes inside, another person might store chopsticks inside. Perhaps you have a better idea?
 
It is in good condition with only a few loose or broken ends. It is a bit crumpled but that is only to be expected with its flexibility.
