Antique or Vintage Chinese Wicker Egg Basket* 9 ¾” Tall

*The only similar item we found online was described as an ‘antique Chinese wicker egg basket, the item with the same handle shape with loop for hanging we guess, and the same two tiered rim at the mouth of the body of the basket. 
 
While we cannot confirm origin or age, the basket is showing a few signs of age with some discoloration of the rattan under one handle, peeling of stain or coating, and a stain on the other handle base as shown in photos.
