Antique Engraved Chinese Locks (Set of 2) Without Keys

On one side of each of these padlocks are engraved simple patterns. On one, there are four circles with a symbol that appears to be an S in the four corners. In the center appears to be a floral motif. These would have been hand hammered using a dull pointed device. The second appears to have a similar pattern but is either more worn or was engraved with a less impactful tool. Both have a nice patina.
 
Unfortunately we have not found keys that go with these two padlocks, but if we find any, we will contact the buyer.
 
We believe it was purchased in the 1920s or 1930s by the Burr sisters or our grandmother.
 
Smaller locket: H 7/8” x W 1 7/8” x D 7 1/6” – 1 oz
Larger locket: H 1” x W 2 ½” x D5 /16” – 1 oz
